Some owners who traded in an old car to buy a new one are now stuck making payments on both. The dealership was shut down for failure to pay state taxes. Chrysler financial has taken over the dealership and posted a representative at the site to safeguard the property. The owner, who lives in Florida, says he's paid the back taxes, and may have a potential buyer for the business. But it could take a while to straighten out the mess.
