Many neighborhoods welcome new business, especially if it brings jobs. But West Nashville neighbors would like to shut down a new business called Ava's Adult. Ava's opened on Charlotte Avenue three weeks ago.  Owner Jon Franzella says he followed Metro's strict zoning codes and even added dark shading to his windows so nobody can see what's inside.  According to Newschannel 5, residents oppose the adult store because they fear property value will go down and crime will go up.
