Citadel Broadcasting, owner of WGFX-104.5 The Zone and WKDF 103.3-FM, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.  The City Paper reports Citadel is the third-largest radio company in the nation. And here are the numbers that tell the story:  Total assets - $1.4 billion;  Total debt - $2.46 billion.
