Reason TV has produced a series of stories with the help of Drew Carey chronicling the decline of Cleveland, Ohio.  Carey grew up in the once thriving city that is now looking more like Detroit every day.  Reason's Nick Gillespie in Part Four of the series, Taking Care of Business, illustrates how hard it is to start a business in Cleveland  and contrasts that with how easy it is in Houston.  It's telling that the Cleveland politicians Gillespie interviews are more interested in the names of business people who have complained about red tape than fixing the problem.  This is an excellent series of stories that should be viewed by city leaders throughout the country.
