A Franklin attorney admits he faked his own death to collect $1 million in life insurance money.  William Grothe pleaded guilty today and will serve 3 years. He also has to pay restitution for the air, ground and river search that cost Metro taxpayers $11,000.   The Tennessean describes Grothe's elaborate scheme that started when he disappeared last November. Metro police found his car in Shelby Park near the boat ramp, and his jacket floating in the river.  Investigators say the attorney even called 911 claiming to be his own killer. Channel 4 News has been digging into this bizarre case so click here and watch the story..
