A former teacher and coach at Independence High School surrendered to police Thursday morning.  Eric Felts is accused of soliciting a minor by chatting about sex with a 17 year old girl online.  News 2 reports someone who knew about the sex chats complained to Franklin Police.  When investigators alerted the school, Felts resigned.
