Sex Crimes detectives are looking for rape suspect Mauricio Morales, an El Salvadoran national, who is wanted for attacks against two South Nashville women in their homes.
Morales has been indicted for aggravated rape, aggravated burglary and child abuse in case from one year ago on Antioch Pike.  Police say Morales broken into the home of a woman home while she slept, sexually assaulted her, and attacked her four-year-old son by throwing him against a wall when he tried to intervene.
Morales is also wanted for a January rape on Madeline Drive.  Police say he broke into the home of another woman while she slept and raped her, then said he had been watching her for weeks.
Morales is 32 years old, 5’7”, 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  He goes by two other names, Francisco Alejandro Flores and Francisco Chavarria.  
Morales was convicted of aggravated burglary and aggravated assault in Houston 11 years ago.  He was deported after serving six years  in prison.
