When the ambulance arrived at a Mt. Juliet home on Tuesday, they were told a woman fell down a flight of stairs. 47 year old Shelley Allen was dead. But investigators said something was wrong...it didn't look like an accident. Now Shelley's husband, Troy Fox is behind bars, charged with murder.
