A Murfreesboro woman was killed and her teenage daughter was badly hurt when a fishing boat went out of control and crashed into a pontoon boat. It happened on Kentucky Lake near Paris Landing in Henry County Thursday evening.  47 year old Sandra Adams died, her daughter Meghan was injured, and five other family members saw it happen.  37 year old David Phelps of Woodlawn was arrested for boating under the influence and could face more charges.
So far this year, 97 people have been arrested for drunk boating in Tennessee, and News 2 takes us out with TWRA's drunk boating patrol.
