The City of Lebanon is facing a $3.5 million lawsuit filed by a man arrested for drunk driving in June.  Kurtis Sanders claims Lebanon a police officer used excessive force during the traffic stop when he was pepper sprayed and thrown to the ground.  NewsChannel 5 has obtained police car dash cam video that shows what happened. But each side interprets the video differently.
The city of Lebanon says the suit is frivolous and will be dismissed.
