The Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency is getting sneaky this winter. A robotic deer is being used to catch poachers. News 2 has acquired video of people sitting in trucks aiming for the decoy. TWRA officials say decoys are used only when they hear complaints of illegal deer shootings. Shooting a deer from a vehicle or roadside is dangerous and illegal. If caught, the poacher will be fined $1,000 and loose his hunting license.
