Barrett pleaded guilty in December to making the videos, but now he wants mercy.

The Smoking Gun is reporting Barrett's claim that probation is sufficient punishment, on top of losing his job and his public humiliation.

As a sign of remorse, Barrett has assigned "copyrights on the videos" to Ms Andrews, so she can sue websites that carry the images.

Barrett is scheduled for sentencing on March 15.
