Franklin: A man on Oregon’s sex offender registry was arrested by Franklin Police Sunday, just before 11:00 pm, after officers responded to 10101 Champions Circle on an unrelated call.

 Investigating officers encountered Hans Polak, and found the 25-year-old to be a registered sex offender from Eugene, Oregon. Officers learned that Polak had not registered, as required by Tennessee law, after moving to Franklin this past January.

 Polak was charged with Violation of the Sex Offender Registry and remains in the Williamson County Jail on a $10,000 bond. He is due in court April first.
