Thomas Campbell of Johnson City, Tenn. has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide of Brenda J. Cook by recklessness and three counts of recklessness endangerment.
The three latter charges arose as a consequence of police catching Campbell driving on three separate times after the homicide.
