The former Alaska Governor and Vice Presidential Candidate will testify in Knoxville, next week.
The accused, David Kernell allegedly broke into Pailn's personal email account in September of 2008, changed the password and then published the new password online for others to see.
Charged with four felonies, Kernell remains free until trial.
