Owners of Nashville West on Charlotte Pike are behind on their bills.  So far behind,  a dozen local businesses that helped build the massive shopping center had to lay off employees and could go out of business.  So they've filed liens on the owners, who owe them about half a million dollars.  The developers blame this on the credit crunch and promise to get the bills paid soon.  They deny the shopping center is in serious financial trouble.
