If rising gas prices are giving you flashbacks of last summer you're not alone. Regular unleaded is averaging $2.49 in Tennessee and climbing.  Government and oil industry experts did not expect this, and now they predict pump prices will hit $2.70 a gallon in July.  USA Today reports  the price is not expected to reach last year's shocker of $4 a gallon, but any  increase could hit consumer spending just as the recession is starting to ease.  NewsChannel 5 looks at the local impact on business and on your travel plans.
