Neighborhoods battered by home foreclosures are on the receiving end of millions in stimulus money throughout Middle Tennessee and beyond.
Here in Davidson County alone, the Metro Development & Housing Authority has received 4 million dollars in Neighborhood Stabilization funds from HUD. The money comes as foreclosures reached record proportions in Davidson County. Guidelines have been created by the state housing authority for using the money.
