Gail Kerr, Tennessean columnist, is usually a must read and today is no exception. She has a great story about a Metro Board that has been all but invisible since its creation in 1959. Overseen by a mysterious woman who has rarely if ever attended a board meeting in the past two years. A fascinating read in today's Tennessean. Makes you wonder what other boards are lurking out there with "Lost" like characters running them. Yikes!
