Nashville now has a bicycle and pedestrian coordinator.  Who knew?  Foot power and pedal power give way to gas power in most parts of the city.  You take your life in your hands if you walk or bike on the side of the road.  The Tennessean reports on how Mayor Dean plans to change that.
