Gun owners with carry permits may soon be cleared to bring them into restaurants and bars. The Senate passed the bill Thursday but it's a little different from the House bill. According to The Tennessean, the Senate version allows bar owners to ban guns and post signs. The House version calls for a curfew requiring people to remove all guns by 11pm. It's not clear which version will prevail. You can hear state lawmakers debate the issues in the WKRN video posted above.
