Supporters of health care reform are fighting hard. There's a new series of ads coming to a TV near you. One of them blames Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-TN) for siding with insurance companies and making life hard for people with cancer.
Alexander is highly critical of the President's health care reform plan. He raises the specter of an income tax in 5 years when the full cost of the Obama plan is scheduled to shift to the states.
NewsChannel 5 talked with Alexander and other GOP lawmakers at the Statesman's dinner, which is expected to raise about $500,000.
St. Louis Examiner.com presents more ads on both sides of the health care controversy.
