The state Department of Human Services is trying to clean up a mess that resulted from the wrong FAX number being sent to about 100 medical providers across the state. That wrong number was for an Indiana businessman's FAX machine, not a DHS line. The problem has been going on for some time now. The Tennessean gets to the bottom of the story.
News 2 reports that so far investigators have discovered the records of 43 patients were sent to the wrong number. The story is in the video box.
