Tennessee is looking for more budget cuts and more layoffs.   State agencies have been told to cut another 21-23% next year, which means $290 million - $350 million.  That's on top of the $1 billion in cuts that are already in the works.  Channel 4 News reports new layoffs will be announced at a later time.
According to James White, executive director of Fiscal Review, "State government is going to look very different in a year".
