The Maryville-based 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment has orders to head for Camp Shelby in Southern Mississippi before deploying for Iraq. The 278th has been on possible deployment since last year. According to News 2, Tennessee's largest National Guard combat unit will complete extensive training. The unit was last deployed in 2004. The Daily Times reports the soldiers don't know when they'll leave or exactly where they're heading.
