In March, 11 thousand Tennesseans found themselves newly-qualified for food stamps.  The demand for this support has caused the state to hire 600 clerks at 98 offices just to process the applications.

Nashville Public Radio's Blake Farmer has the story, and introduces us to a mom who turned her need for support into a job giving that support.
