Country Music artist Vern Gosdin died in Nashville late Tuesday night after suffering a stroke earlier this month.  The 74 year old singer songwriter had an off and on career that spanned four decades and included such hit songs as "Chisled in Stone" voted song of the year by the Country Music Association in 1989.  Details on Gosdin's life and career can be found here.
