So we're cheering, knowing that Gretchen Wilson is taking control of her destiny after being inexplicably dumped by her former record label this past summer.
She's launching Redneck Records, which will be based in Lebanon, Tennessee. The first single will be "Work Hard, Play Harder", which is in the video box above.
