A bewildering story in the Leaf-Chronicle indicated a problem or two with the original site regarding permits, but no resolution.
And if you saw the story on Channel 4 and didn't watch the whole way through, you might have thought Montgomery County authorities put the kibosh on the event.
Well they did...in Montgomery County. So organizers moved the three-day event to Adams, Tennessee. The website explains things.
(Note to Channel 4: we like you guys but, in our humble opinion, you buried the lead here.)
