Earlier this month, Dwight's Mini Mart on the campus of MTSU was able to sell cigarettes to students, but the Board of Regent recently banned the store from selling cigarettes on the university's campus. Students have halted the vote once before. Dwight Johnson operates the store with a large amount of revenue coming from cigarette sales.
