Maury County schools are warning students who have shaved patterns in their hair they must grow it out.  According to News 2, school officials have seen a sharp increase in students with letters, symbols and numbers on their heads.  Some people fear these patterns could become a way for gang members to identify themselves. The school system is giving students a grace period to either grow out their hair, or completely shave it.
