Lou and Spence Peterson watched their home burn in Baxter, TN. The retired couple lost everything, including  their life savings. The town's only paid firefighter was on the scene within four minutes but with no water. According to Newschannel 5, the closest fire hydrant is half a mile away. Firefighters waited for a pump truck to arrive. But it was too late. The Petersons blame a lack of water for the loss.
