It takes place in Miami, Florida, one of the many places I used to live.  Miami which is know for its architecture as much as its tropical climate and beaches now boasts what some are calling "a breathtaking" parking garage.  As you can see from the photo this is like no parking garage you have ever seen before.  Now any South Florida resident would immediately see the flaw here.  The New York Times story is upbeat chronicling how this structure just isn't for parked cars any longer now being in demand for Yoga classes, meetings and even weddings.

But as is usually the case a little more searching unearths a not so bright side of the story. Be sure to watch the videos.
