Despite the bad economy the Titans are confident their fans still have plenty of money to spend.  They're planning to charge a tax on each ticket that could hike the price by up to $3.  The tax would generate $3 million a year for capital projects at LP Field.  But the team needs approval from the state legislature and the metro council first.
