It was one of the best Major League games to date this season and the most tantalizing comeback...and starring for both teams on the mound were all three Vanderbilt alumni currently on MLB rosters. The Tampa Bay Rays jumped out to a seemingly insurmountable 10-0 lead against the Cleveland Indians Monday night before the Indians scored seven runs in the bottom of the ninth to secure a jaw-dropping 11-10 victory. Rays top prospect David Price was called up for his first start of the season and didn't disappoint, striking out the Indians side in the first inning, earning six total K's and accruing five walks in over 100 pitches. But after Tribe starter Fausto Carmona struggled mightily with his pitch location, Cleveland called a little 'Dore magic of its own from the bullpen in the form of Jensen Lewis and Jeremy Sowers, who picked up the win. Sowers and Lewis pitched 6.2 combined innings.
