The Vanderbilt men's basketball team completed their week-long schedule of games against mostly semi-pro teams in Australia, losing to the Wollongong Hawks 84-83 on Friday and the Townsville Crocodiles 104-99 on Sunday. Despite dropping their last pair of games after sweeping the first three, the Commodores made believers out of Aussie hoops insiders with their play. And Coach Kevin Stallings' generosity in financing his team's trip Down Under has made him many fans off the court as well as letting his team enjoy some unforgettable experiences. Meanwhile, looking forward to the regular season, ESPN has tabbed its SEC Super Tuesday lineup chock-full of Vandy appearances as part of the network's new blockbuster partnership with the Southeastern Conference.
