Someone dust Jay Cutler's shoulders off. After playing great his first preseason in Chicago, the former Vanderbilt star made his modeling debut in Chicago's (allegedly) chic Michigan Avenue Magazine, and has drawn all sorts of new media attention (as if he needed more) just in time for his regular season debut as the most heralded quarterback in Bears history since the retirement of Sid Luckman (though fellow Vanderbilt alum Bill Wade did lead da Bears to an NFL title in 1963). Meanwhile, the Bears wrapped up their preseason Thursday night, defeating the Cleveland Browns 26-23. Cutler played one series and did not attempt a pass. Chicago travels to Lambeau Field at divisional rival Green Bay next Sunday for their season opener.
