The Tennessean is reporting Titans owner Bud Adams wants Vince Young to start in Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Adams says Young must have the opportunity to prove himself to his team and fans. Following the 0-59 loss to the Patriots, coach Jeff Fisher said several "minor" changes will be made after the team's bye week, but no mention of changing quarterbacks. 
Kerry Collins tells The City Paper he hasn't heard anything about a quarterback change.  And Coach Fisher wasn't saying much Monday, citing competitive reasons.
